'All In' is a primary prevention program designed for early childhood settings. It provides educators tools to support children. This session is for Early Childhood Educators. The All in Project is developed and delivered by Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre (WAGEC). All In contributes to the primary prevention of gender-based violence in NSW through delivering gender equality and respectful relationships education to influential adults - including families and carers, in early childhood education and community settings. All In supports the prevention of violence by providing influential adults with practical tools to support children in developing healthy, respectful relationships and valuing people of all genders from their early years.
All In seeks to address gender stereotypes through evidence-based programs supporting those working with children and their families. This session is designed for professionals working with children and families in the community. Supported by the NSW government, All In is a gender-based violence prevention program providing tools, training and guidance for early childhood communities across NSW. The program is developed and delivered by Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) in partnership with early childhood education professionals, First Nations cultural and ECE experts, and primary prevention practitioners. All In works by promoting gender equality from the early years and supporting families and communities to build safer futures for the next generation. All In is grounded in the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Our Watch’s Change the Story and Changing the Picture, primary prevention frameworks. The program is informed by The Anti-Bias Approach in Early Childhood (ed. Dr Red Ruby Scarlet) and the Wiyi Yani U Thangani framework for First Nations Gender Justice.
