Yin Breathwork offers a softer way approach that allows the nervous system to pause, recover, and rest. This journey combines Yin Breathwork with the healing vibrations of sound using crystal and Himalayan bowls, medicine drum, gong, rav drum, rattle, flute and channeled vocals. Life Memoir Workshop Switchboard’s Pride in Ageing program and Regional Coordinator Natalie Gower invite you to our regional Life Memoir Workshop in Wodonga. Join us for a welcoming and reflective space where you can explore your life experiences through guided storytelling and gentle writing prompts. This workshop is designed to honour your journey, celebrate your story, and create meaningful connection with others in a supportive group environment. No writing experience is necessary.
