NESAY invites the community to a free event that supports young people aged 12-18 years to access local sport. With the rising cost of sport, many young people face barriers to participating in their local clubs. This event aims to raise awareness and support for young people who need financial assistance to stay involved in the game. AFL premiership player Dane Swan and Collingwood AFLW Player Airlie Runnalls will be facilitating activities on the day. Join NESAY for an afternoon of community connection, conversation, and support for local sport.
We’re launching a Neurodiverse Craft Night, a calm, low-pressure space designed with comfort, creativity, and connection in mind 💖
Our Have a Go with a Bow session is our introduction to the sport of Archery. Learn the basics in a fun and safe environment and pick up some new skills. You will be hitting the Gold in no time. All equipment is supplied for this session. Age from 7 years up.
Join the Ovens Murray Public Health Unit for our second Ovens Murray Prevention Forum; a conference for anyone working in population health, health prevention and health promotion. Attendees will experience presentations, panel discussions, an exhibition and plenty of opportunities for networking.
This training is open to all professionals in the Ovens Murray Region who respond to family violence. It is designed to support your understanding of your responsibilities under the MARAM Framework, with a focus on collaborative risk assessment and information sharing. Participants will explore their role in the framework, strengthen regional connections, and apply learning to place based scenarios.
