Find the best education events and make the most of your time next 30-days in Wangaratta. From education to technology and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Discover the kind of leadership that can shape your future - and learn it directly with Nathan Lyon. Leadership can feel like a vague or distant idea for many - but it doesn’t have to be. Many students think leadership is about being the boss or ticking off a list of skills. But authentic leadership is something far more powerful. It’s about understanding yourself, influencing others, making good decisions under pressure, and building the confidence to step forward when it matters. Gaining this understanding early gives you a huge advantage. It helps you cut through the myths, see leadership in a new light and build a mindset you can use throughout your life, no matter what career you choose.

Personalise your backpack with a bag charm you have made yourself.

Using our NASA robot Roo-ver, explore what it would be like going into space or preparing to live on Mars. Programs are for primary school aged children. Bookings are essential.

Join us for a special Meet the Author event at the Wangaratta Library on Sunday 19 April from 11.00am, featuring two incredible LGBTQIA+ authors!

Join us for a relaxed and informal catch-up with the Wangaratta Victoria Police LGBTQI+ Liaison Officers (LLOs). This is a chance for LGBTQI+ community members and allies to connect over a coffee, meet the local officers who support our community, and learn more about the role they play. Creating safe and supportive spaces starts with open conversations, and this is a great opportunity to get to know the people behind the role. Talk about any concerns or issues you may have. Learn how to report a crime or incident. Find out what support and reporting options are available. Whether you’re curious, want to share feedback, or simply want to put a face to the name, everyone is welcome to drop in for a friendly chat. Coffee is on us, and we’ll also have a limited number of rainbow cupcakes available! Come along for a coffee, a conversation, and a chance to strengthen connections between the community and local police. This event is part of the Wangaratta Pride Festival.
Join this one-hour in-person roundtable for Wangaratta regional health service networks. Participants are invited to share their experiences in conducting and supporting research across regional networks. We want to hear about your experience of collaboration between services, access to ethics review, and opportunities to strengthen research capability outside metropolitan centres. The session will run for one-hour and will be recorded to support note taking. Audio may be processed using approved AI-assisted transcription tools. Recording and transcription data will be managed in accordance with Victorian Government privacy requirements. Findings will be prepared in aggregate only, and participants will not be identified.
