Sound Bath and Guided Meditation led by Dorothea Lucaci. This event includes breath, voice, mantra, and guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment. The experience will move through breath, voice, mantra, and guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring us into the present moment. From there we’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath, creating inner space for stillness, deep relaxation, and the expanded state available when mind and body are at ease.
