Using energising music, structured breath patterns and progressive breath holds, we improve lung capacity and increase CO2 tolerance - strengthening both physiological and mental resilience. The experience blends mindfulness with performance training and concludes with a guided meditation to integrate the work and leave you centred and inspired.
