A Sound Circle for and your child to experience the wonders and benefits of sound together on Tuesday 7th April, 3pm. Sound healing is such a wonderful way to explore your inner world, and to find the power that lies within each and every one of us. This Sound Circle event is for people with children who would like to journey together with their child. The aim is for you to experience sound together, develop a deeper connection with your child, and to both enjoy deep relaxation and calm. You will enjoy a 10min guided meditation to ease into stillness, followed by a 40min sound journey inwards with the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, monolina, chimes, gongs and other beautiful instruments. There is no age restriction for this event however be mindful of whether or not your child will be able to focus for the length of the session, so as not to disturb others. Lucy Ennis, the founder of Sound Circle, is passionate about sound healing and uses a beautiful array of instruments to guide participants inwards to find stillness, deep relaxation and rebalancing of mind, body and spirit.
