Start your morning with a gentle, supportive Mat Pilates class grounded in the traditional Pilates method. Led by Alana from Civic Recreation Reserve Centre, this class focuses on controlled movement, posture, core strength and mindful breathing. Free and open to people affected by cancer, as well as their family members, friends and carers. No prior Pilates experience needed.
A gentle stretch and strengthen class led by exercise physiologist Jack from Civic Recreation Reserve Centre. A low-impact stretch and strengthen class led by exercise physiologist Jack from Civic Recreation Reserve Centre, combining gentle bodyweight exercises with stretching and mobility to support whole-body movement for people affected by cancer and their family, friends and carers. Exercises will be customised to suit participants.

It's a great chance to get informed, ask questions, and connect with others. The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation will be represented so don't miss out on this important talk that'll raise awareness and empower you with knowledge! We invite a gold coin entry to go towards expenses of the Bays Cancer Centre. Susan Young is the organiser, whose friend was diagnosed last year. She also leads 3931 Beach Patrol.
