ANMF (Vic Branch) HSR Refresher OHS Training relates specifically to healthcare, focusing on industry specific hazards and issues. This WorkSafe-approved HSR refresher course is an opportunity to revisit aspects of the initial course and refresh HSRs' knowledge of: the OHS legislative framework, legislative obligations and duties, representation in the workplace, consultation and issue resolution. Specific topics covered include Hazardous Manual Handling, Occupational Violence and Aggression, Consultation, Communication and Negotiation.
