This interactive workshop includes an overview of the major fungal groups, the basics of identification, ecology and history of fungi. Join us for an engaging and hands-on fungi workshop exploring the fascinating world beneath our feet. Across this interactive session, you’ll be introduced to the major groups of fungi, along with the basics of identification, ecology, and the history of fungi. The workshop includes a guided foray, where we’ll head out to search for species of interest in the field and a chance to view and examine a display of locally collected fungal specimens.
