On Saturday 21 February we are so lucky to have Diana (Frozen Cola) in Cardwell's kitchen for a night celebrating the Year of the Horse! Frozen Cola has had a big summer bringing her modern Chinese cooking to pop ups and events around Melbourne, and we're looking forward to celebrating with her. Diana's cooking is informed by her childhood, spent between Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and her love for Melbourne's restaurant culture. Expect contemporary takes on humble Chinese foods - with a themed wine list to match.

Under the direction of Johnny Di Francesco, of 400 Gradi fame, enjoy world-renowned pizzas, some old favorites, and new creations, together with an expansive drinks list featuring regional wines and premium local and international beers in a relaxed atmosphere.
