We’ll start with a grounding mindfulness practice and introductions, then head off on a beginner friendly rainforest walk located about an hours drive inland from the Tweed Coast. Your morning journey includes: Opening Circle, Mindfulness Practice, Guided Nature Hike, Closing Circle, Photos.
