Gentle movement, breath, and sound for the colder season ahead. Helena and Fefa will guide you through a restorative practice woven from restorative movement, guided breath, and live sound immersion. This is a practice for your body to soften and for the mind to settle. We open together with reflection and ceremonial cacao, a quiet ritual to mark the beginning. Throughout the session, we'll guide you through gentle, slow-paced yoga, accompanied by the sounds of crystal bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and other grounding instruments. No experience needed. All bodies welcome.
