The first session will explore key workforce challenges across the region, including recruitment, retention and sustainability. Together, we will examine practical “grow your own” strategies to build local pathways into community mental health and wellbeing roles and strengthen long-term workforce capacity. Part 2: Multicultural Focus – Access Gaps & Solutions. The second session will focus on multicultural communities and their access to mental health and wellbeing services in the region. Participants will identify service gaps, barriers and opportunities, and explore practical, community-informed solutions to strengthen engagement and cultural responsiveness.
