This workshop is facilitated by professional female black belt instructors with over 35 years’ experience. Delivered in a safe, supportive environment, we will share a wide range of tried and proven strategies to help keep you safe at home and in the community, including physical techniques that are practical, effective and easy to remember. Your level of participation is entirely up to you. Please wear comfortable clothes if you wish to participate in the physical activities. 5:00pm arrival for registration and light dinner and a 5:30pm start. This is a WOMEN'S ONLY class.
