Pop-Up Fitness & Brunch Experience πͺ Get ready for a morning of movement, energy, and connection at our exciting Pop-Up Fitness Event! Whether you want to bounce, build strength, or slow things down with mindful movement, thereβs something for everyone. β¨ Come for 1 class, 2 classes, or stay for all 3! Start the morning with Boogie Bounce from 8:00β8:45am β a fun, high-energy mini-trampoline workout set to great music that will get your heart pumping and your day off to an amazing start. After a relaxing brunch break, join our Female Personal Training Strength Class from 9:30β10:30am. This supportive session focuses on building strength, confidence, and technique in a welcoming environment designed especially for women. Then wind down the morning with Tai Chi from 11:00β11:45am, a calm and flowing class that improves balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. π₯ Brunch will be provided by Milanoβs Coffee House, served before & after sessions, giving you time to relax, refuel, and connect with others. π Every attendee will also receive a special goodie bag to take home, with additional info for booking in to more classes! β¨ Event Schedule 8:00β8:45am: Boogie Bounce 9:30β10:30am: Female Strength Personal Training 11:00β11:45am: Tai Chi Come along for movement, good food, and great vibes β the perfect way to spend your morning!
