What's On in Yass

This class offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and discover something deeper. Whether you’ve never drawn before or create every day, this experience invites you to show up exactly as you are — with curiosity and without judgment. Over two gentle hours, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation and guided visualisation which will then help inform your expressive art making process, followed by group sharing and reflection. Every part of the process is optional throughout so no pressure. It’s very individual and just a safe space to relax, reconnect, express yourself creatively, and connect with others through creativity. All art materials are provided.

An introduction to The Men's Table through stories and dialogue for men interested in being part of a local Men’s Table. It will be hosted by a couple of long standing members of other Men's Tables, sharing their experiences from their Tables, and responding to your questions, concerns and ideas.
