Adventure Events in Upper Karuah River

Take some time out from your regular routine and spend some time in wild nature, communing with your more ancient self. Join us for an overnight nature immersion experience by the creek, where we’ll camp amongst the trees and slow down into deep connection—with nature, with others, and with ourselves. Over the course of two days and a night, we’ll share simple, powerful practices designed to open up curiosity, attune us to the moment, have fun, and feel more alive. Expect guided meditation into slowness, solo nature connection time, sensory games to bring us into our animal bodies, wild crafting such as whittling, foraging and fire by friction, authentic relating practices that deepen us into personal connection, sharing circles held with care and presence, and time to rest. Lunches and dinner will be provided, we’ll sleep to the sounds of the water, and awake with the sun. No experience is required—just curiosity, a willingness to be present, and a desire to venture further in the natural world: within and beyond ourselves. Come just as you are.
