Discover the best events and make the most of your time this month in Eungai Creek. From education to mindfulness and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.
Arrive Saturday 21 March 2026. Depart Sunday 22 March 2026. RSVP by 5.00pm Friday 6 March. If you need to bring siblings on the weekend, they will be required to attend the paid, childminding service from 3.30pm–8.30pm on Saturday 21 March. Weekend Overview. At the end of the stay, parents are invited to come and visit their child at our Eungai Creek Campus, on the afternoon of the final Saturday of Week 8. It is close to a six hour drive from Stanmore to Eungai so a break will be required on the way. Parents are welcome from 1.30pm on the first day and staff will provide parking information upon their arrival. At 2.00pm, students will serve an afternoon tea they have prepared, before taking their parents in small groups on a guided tour through their cabins and around the property. At 5.30pm the official program will commence, which will include cabin yarns, a formal dinner prepared by chefs and students, and a final yarn with Elders associated with the program. Camp attendees will then adjourn to a number of campfire sites until approximately 9.30pm. Unfortunately siblings are not allowed to attend the parent weekend. Siblings may stay off site and meet their brothers on the Sunday after the Gratitude’s session. If parents wish to stay overnight at Eungai Creek, the College is more than happy to provide tents. For parents who do not wish to camp onsite, there are plenty of local holiday cabins and other accommodations choices nearby. If siblings are joining us for the weekend, our preference is for them to stay offsite. Families will then head home together on Sunday, after a Gratitude reflection at sunrise on the Eungai property. Parents may wish to visit the beautiful local beaches, waterways or other special places of interest their child may like to share, to get a taste of what they have experienced over the weeks. Your child will return to your care after the Gratitude session on Sunday morning.
