This 3-hour guided session combines education, somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and trauma-informed facilitation to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. Reconnect with your body and create space for change in a safe, held environment.
This half day special event is for all women looking for new ways to lead, live, and belong ~ without losing yourself, or exhausting reserves day after day. This Orana Every Woman collaboration brings together Martine Beaumont and Renee Webster to deliver two distinct sessions of a workshop and a retreat. The day includes a breakout session, morning tea, and time to reflect.
