Beginner Adult Ballet moves through a series of led ballet exercises. We will warm, lengthen and stabilise the body before moving through sequences & simple ballet coordinations at the barre and in the centre. Beginner Adult Ballet will support you to access new ballet movement or return to dance in a way that is easeful, playful and sustainable for the body and the mind!

Courtney Jones will explain why the P-CEP toolkit is a valuable addition when creating emergency plans for the people we support. The P-CEP model can be applied to anyone's life circumstances and can also help staff and organisations consider their own emergency plans.

Join us for an after-school creative adventure! Kids will explore current exhibitions before accessing hands-on art making activities. Over the eight-week program kids will work with a range of mediums, learn new skills, create their own unique artworks, and practice fine motor skills and creative problem solving in a fun environment with new friends.
