Wildflower Rhythms offers a supportive space, inviting women to a welcoming 4-week drumming workshop series, designed to ignite creativity, support personal growth and connection through rhythm. No musical experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Drums and percussion instruments are provided. Spaces are limited to a capacity of 10 per session, to keep the group relaxed and supportive. Weekly themes: Week 1 – Ignite Your Rhythm: Awaken forgotten passions and reconnect with creativity through simple rhythmic exploration. Week 2 – Finding Clarity Through Rhythm: Rhythmic beats cultivate grounded focus, opening space for clarity and vision during times of change. Week 3 – Grow Wilder: Build confidence and creative expression as the drum becomes your voice. Week 4 – Rhythmic Renewal: Bring everything together in a shared rhythm experience that celebrates growth, connection and renewal.

Long-spined sea urchins are transforming vibrant kelp forests into lifeless barrens across more than 2,000 km of the Great Southern Reef. White Rock brings together scientists, Traditional Owners, divers, and chefs, including environmental filmmaker Damon Gameau, to show how Australia can turn crisis into opportunity.
