Real Reps is a 3 hour experience built for men who are done with surface level connection, solo training and carrying everything on their own. It is built on 4 pillars: Resist, Recover, Relax & Refuel - done the way it should be… together. Just men doing manly things with no apology, no excuse & no ego. The event is for men who are keen to build real mates, want a crew they can text during the week, are over doing everything solo, and miss team environments where everyone pulls their weight. Real Reps is about collaboration not competition. You don’t need to be elite fit and you don’t need to be the funniest or loudest bloke there. You just need to be willing to show up, contribute and have a crack.
