Join Theresa Virgona and Jo Barker, practitioners in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for an enlightening and supportive session. With over 30 years of experience as primary school teachers, Theresa and Jo understand the profound impact emotional stress can have on health and wellbeing. Their own journeys through cancer have further deepened their empathy and insight, making them compassionate guides for adults and children alike. In this session, they will introduce EFT—also known as Tapping—a simple, evidence-based self-help tool that uses acupressure points to release emotional blockages. EFT has been shown to reduce anxiety, ease pain, improve relationships, and boost focus and productivity.
