In Mindfulness in Nature we will slow down, breathe, connect, share and laugh. We will be engaged in gentle activities, discussion and slow movement, designed to quell anxieties, while we engage with ourselves, others and nature. Activities will include: Guided nature connection opportunities, Facilitated group interactions, Lively and supported discussion. We will conclude with the sharing of a herbal tea, gf/df biscuits, a small gift and reflections on our time together. Bring your mum, daughter, a workmate, sister, neighbour, (female) partner or your best friend! Please bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellant, lunch (if you want to hang around after) and water bottle, and wear covered shoes. Herbal tea and cups will be provided at the end during reflection time. Please note - this event is not suitable for children to attend.
