Come and give ocean water swimming a go—feel the freedom, challenge yourself, and let's enjoy the ocean together. The Jervis Bay Wobbegongs are a friendly social open water swimming club encouraging people of all ages to enjoy ocean swimming, all year round. Our come and try ocean swimming session is designed to suit a wide range of abilities. As long as you’re able to manage the roughly 15 stairs down to the beach and can swim at least 50 metres, you’re welcome to join us—pace doesn’t matter, whether you’re fast, slow, or somewhere in between. For those who are newer to ocean swimming or less confident, we’ll stay close to our home beach and focus on closely supervised 25m and 50m familiarisation swims in shallow water, no deeper than chest height. More confident and stronger swimmers will have the option to head a little further offshore with our experienced Wobbegongs for a relaxed lap around the bay in front of Huskisson Beach. This swim stays within 400–500 metres of the shore (around 1.3km total), making it a safe and supportive way to enjoy the ocean without it feeling overwhelming.
A moment to sit & connect, a space created for honesty, made with compassion. Mama Said Circles are gentle, welcoming gatherings for anyone who calls themselves a mama. Whether you’re newly postpartum, deep in the thick of motherhood, or somewhere in between — you belong here. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held in community. We will sit together, share (only if you feel called), journal, ground, and simply be. There’s no fixing, no advice-giving — just real connection and space to land. Children are warmly welcome. They can play, cuddle, feed, nap, wander — all parts of motherhood are honoured here. You don’t need to show up any certain way; come exactly as you are. This is a donation-based event, with contributions set between $5–$20, offered on a sliding scale so the circle remains accessible to all mamas. Come for connection. Come for rest. Come to remember you’re not doing this alone.

Spring Forest Qigong is an integrated approach designed to help you heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The simple yet powerful Spring Forest Qigong movements are created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin’s vision is to create “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering” It brings me great joy to spread Master Lin’s vision to the community and world as this vision aligns with me. All are welcome to join, regardless of age and ability.
