Reconnect with yourself, restore harmony, and awaken a deeper sense of wellbeing through the wisdom of flower essences. This workshop will guide you on a visual meditation journey through the Australian bushland, connecting with the sounds and love of nature.

Explore the art of creating beautiful mandalas while practicing mindfulness techniques. Art Therapist and Holistic Counsellor Sarah Quast will guide you through mindfulness techniques that will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This calming practice is an excellent way to explore active meditation and activate your inner artist.

No hard coolers, eskis, cooler bags larger than cabin size 26L. No Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges. Children's Policy: Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge in the General Admission area only and do not require a ticket. .
