Cheese Club heads to Spain with three Spanish cheeses: Queso de Cabra, Queso Mezcla Curado, and Queso Manchego Maturado. Includes accompaniments. Perfect for cheese lovers, wine drinkers, and anyone who enjoys learning something new with a glass in hand. Cheeses subject to availability and if not available, we will substitute. For 18+ years only.

What happens when you remove sight from the table? Drink & Dine in the Dark lunch. Each course has been specifically designed to be eaten by hand and enjoyed in complete darkness. The menu includes: Bush tomato & beef cheek croquettes, Banana leaf–wrapped barramundi parcels with steamed greens and light miso, Strawberry gum cheesecake with raspberry vinegar gel. Guests will be guided through the experience by our team. At the end of the lunch, blindfolds come off and the full menu is revealed.
