SHE MOVES TEMPLE // EMBODIED MOVEMENT WORKSHOP & CEREMONIAL CACAO. Workshop Details: Movement is medicine for the body. The body has a language and way of expressing itself that can only occur through intentional movement. These workshops are for women to be able to reconnect deeply to the wisdom of their body. To learn how to hear their internal nudges, to trust them and move from those spaces. For women to connect to the flow of feminine energy, which naturally allows energy to move easily through the body. For women to feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. To feel more alive and expressive and to learn how to take up space in the world. For women to have a space to slow down. To feel the magic of intentional movement and the power of letting go of energetic layers that build up in the body. And for women to connect and feel empowered by one another in a like-minded space. There is no dance experience necessary to attend these workshops. These spaces are about authentic expression, not about how it looks; As we learn to move from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
