Join Ready Mum’s Empowering Labour and Birth workshop for confident preparation, blending expert guidance with evidence-based techniques. Learn mindset tools, birth physiology, Spinning Babies techniques, HeartMath principles, and breastfeeding. Expectant mothers and birthing partners are welcome to enhance their connection and build resilience.

Get ready for a fun-filled Kids Christmas Party. Kids get to create their own Christmas Snow Globe followed by a fun musical Christmas show!
