Explore the vibrant event scene and make the most of your time today in Woden Valley. From dancing to environment and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Are you stressed out by what is happening in our world today? While we have little choice about the impact of wars elsewhere and the soaring cost of living here at home, we can help ourselves by improving our mental resilience against the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune! Please join us for an enriching psycho-educational workshop dedicated to mental health and personal wellbeing. This workshop aims to provide attendees with the courage, knowledge and tools to deal with mental health problems, manage anxiety and depression as they arise now and in the future. Discover practical tools, mindful techniques, and supportive strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges and cultivate inner balance. This event is FREE, and light refreshments will be provided. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Emy Liwag, a multi-awarded psychologist, mental health advocate, and Australian National University researcher/lecturer. Dr. Liwag is also the Vice President (Internal) of the Philippine-Australian Association of the ACT. People of all ages are welcome, but seniors are particularly encouraged to join. This event has been organised by PAA through a generous seniors' grant from the ACT Government.
A flow between both body and mind connection- Julie leads you through 45mins of Yoga followed by 45min sound bath delivered through Jodie.
