This launch session marks the beginning of the 7 Habits of Wellbeing-Wise Families parent education series at Burgmann Anglican School, delivered in partnership with The Wellbeing Distillery. Designed for parents and carers of students in Years 4 to 12, the evening introduces the purpose, structure and shared language of the series. Parents will gain an overview of the seven habits and how they support calm, confident and connected parenting through the upper primary and secondary years. Led by Justin Robinson from The Wellbeing Distillery, the session will explore why wellbeing is foundational to learning and development, how small, consistent habits can create meaningful change at home, and the importance of strong partnership between families and school. The evening also provides an opportunity to reflect on the realities of modern parenting and the role adults play in shaping a young person’s emotional environment. Parents will leave with a clear understanding of what to expect from the series, how the sessions connect across the year, and how the habits can be applied in everyday family life.
