A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. Nest & Nurture is a three-hour experience that includes grounding yoga, conscious breathwork, sound meditation, and spacious rest. Guided by Jak Tazzar and Kyrie Kohlhagen, this mini retreat offers a friendly and supportive environment where participants can slow down, reconnect, and restore.

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. Cuppa Catch-up - Every Wednesday at 10 am. Take a break and join us for a relaxed coffee, tea, and conversation. Each week is different - from guest speakers, special projects, craft, or art, to simply doing whatever feels right in the moment. If you’re caring for grandchildren or have children at home, you’re very welcome. We have some child-friendly spaces and activities, though we are unable to provide child minding. This is your time to pause, unwind, and connect. Drop in on Wednesdays and enjoy a gentle, welcoming space to rest, recharge, and share a moment with fellow Wellbeing Centre members.

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. This class is perfect for complete beginners, offering a welcoming space to experience the health and healing benefits of yoga for both the body and mind. We'll combine static poses with mindful breathing techniques to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. Everyone is welcome, including those who may have limited mobility or injuries. We can easily adapt the session for chair yoga, ensuring that no one is excluded. Classes will run for either one hour or an hour and fifteen minutes, depending on the group's needs. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. All other materials are provided.

We’re inviting volunteers to join a gentle walking meditation session by the beach, designed to support wellbeing and provide time to slow down and reconnect.
