Explore the sensations of Sound, Breath & Visuals at Superblue with Michelle Berlin & Carolina K. Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation & meditation. Michelle uses bowls, swinging chimes, Handpans & more for a unique sound experience. Local artist, designer and musician Carolina K adds her vocals and magic to the space. The experience will be held under the Pulse topology exhibit where we tune to the frequency of 3,000 heartbeats expressed through lightbulbs for the ultimate sensory experience.

Pranayama immersion with Edgar exploring breath as a bridge to mind and nervous system for balance, clarity, and resilience in life. This immersion is an invitation to enter into a deeper relationship with the breath, not as a technique to master, but as a living bridge between body, mind, and nervous system. Join Edgar in this immersion where we will explore the origins of pranayama within the yogic tradition, tracing its purpose beyond regulation of the breath and into its role as a tool for perception, refinement, and inner balance. The workshop will cover the main categories of pranayama, their energetic and physiological effects, and how each practice can be skillfully applied depending on one’s internal state. Through guided exploration, you will learn practical ways to work with the breath to regulate and equalize the nervous system, cultivating steadiness when there is agitation, clarity when there is dullness, and spaciousness when the mind feels contracted. Emphasis will be placed on sensitivity, timing, and discernment, allowing the breath to support both daily life and deeper meditative states.
