Guests will be greeted with homemade focaccia, and antipasto and chef Ed will walk you through the steps to making homemade pasta from dough to finished product. We finish with homemade tiramisu. Guests will receive info and recipe packets to take with them.

Join us for our 1st ever monthly market! A monthly vegan market in Philadelphia, PA showcasing food, goods, and local makers. All food, goods, and products at the market will be 100% vegan and cruelty free. We expect 10-15 vendors. 90% of the market is indoors, and in case of rain, the other 10% would be moved indoors as well. While there isn't a designated parking lot, there is plenty of street parking on surrounding streets. Richmond-Westmoreland Station is nearby. Tickets are $7 at the door.

Our expert chef will guide you through the process to achieve the perfect consistency and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, you will delve into the world of Pomodoro Sauce. Using fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, you will create a vibrant pomodoro sauce from scratch and discover the balance of flavors and textures that make pomodoro a beloved Italian classic.
