This tour is a unique opportunity to explore a variety of vegetation types and see; remnant sandhill vegetation, mature revegetation sites, the wide variety of plant species that can survive on a sandhill, how increasing biodiversity can provide a resilient habitat for a wide range of species. Hear from passionate guest speakers: Philip Maher - Ornithologist & revegetation specialist, Nigel Jones - Biodiversity Conservation Trust, Michael Mullins - TSR Ranger. This tour will involve walking about 1km along a sandy track. Please take this into consideration when registering. Children are welcome under parent supervision. Morning tea and lunch will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements when registering your attendance.

Community Legal Centres NSW is providing a full day training workshop to upskill community workers when making or supporting Victims Support applications. This workshop is suitable for community workers who work with victim-survivors of domestic, family and sexual violence who are potentially eligible for compensation under the Victims Services NSW Scheme.

Join the Mother’s Day Classic on Sunday 10 May 2026 to walk or run in support of lifesaving breast and ovarian cancer research. Take part in the Deniliquin run or walk at Deniliquin Showgrounds from 8:30am to raise vital funds for breast and ovarian cancer research. The course follows a mixed-terrain route with gravel, dirt tracks and bitumen footpaths. The 10km is planned to run through the local forest after completing the 5km course. In the event of adverse weather, the 10km course may be altered to be two loops of the 5km course which is better terrain for poor conditions.

The RGA Member Summit is a new way of bringing rice growers together, replacing the traditional June branch AGMs with two regional events, one in the north and one in the south.
