Sharing the Love this Valentines Day. Join us for Choc & Chat – Sharing the Love: a relaxed, drop-in morning of coffee, conversation and chocolate, created simply to say thank you. We’ll also have a small Valentine’s gift pick-up station, where you can choose a thoughtful gift as a small thank-you from us to you. This event is proudly shared with our wonderful partners Fairhaven and Lasercraft, who join us in celebrating the kindness and dedication you show our community every day.
In this 2 hour session Herbie will navigate through the exotic waters of the history of the spice trade and demystify their many uses. You will learn about many different spices, their origins, and how they are harvested, processed and traded. Most importantly, Herbie will de-mystify their flavours so you will feel comfortable using them in everyday cooking.
