WELCOME to the first Watercolour Painting Workshop for the year!! I have been loving using Watercolours with my pen art & have been using watercolours for about 6 years now! This Workshop is for you if you have always wanted to use watercolour and feel a bit overwhelmed not knowing where to start OR want to learn watercolour in a vibrant way! In this Workshop I will be sharing the ways in which I love to use watercolour- how to layer to create vibrancy & how to give your art that glowy/ galaxy-like feel! I love to use watercolour with pen outlines, so I will provide a mix of stencil guides and easy to follow pen shapes throughout the workshop. This workshop is very guided and is suitable for beginner to advanced creatives! (So even if you haven’t done much art before- you will be very supported in this workshop!)

Join us as we welcome Jane Kerrigan to Wester for her first exhibition with the gallery. Skygazer explores the vast, shifting energy of the sky — a universal force that connects us to time, nature, and self. Drawing on ideas from quantum theory, Jane reflects on the atoms that create light, colour, and movement, and how we experience this energy at a deeply human level. These contemplative works invite you to pause — like watching a sunrise or sunset from a back verandah — to sense subtle change, reflect inward, and reconnect with presence. Celebrate the opening with us for an evening of art, conversation, and drinks.
