Engaging your senses through nature based craft. Join us for a calm and creative session where Carers will create their own dried flower wreath to take home. Using a selection of natural materials such as dried flowers, pods and seeds, this hands-on activity invites you to slow down and engage your senses through touch, colour and texture. The session will also gently introduce grounding skills, with a simple explanation and guided practice that can be used in everyday life to support calm and present-moment awareness.

Guidance and support navigating Services Australia. Join us in the Hub for face-to-face support with a Services Australia representative. They will be on site to assist with navigating online systems, MyGov setup, and payment enquiries. This session is designed to provide clear, practical guidance in a supportive space, helping carers feel more confident and comfortable accessing services and asking questions.
